Are your stones handmade?

Yes. Every stone is engraved one at a time by just two real people. We design, engrave, inspect, pack, and ship each order ourselves. There is no outsourcing or mass production involved.


Where are your products made?

All Vanbrera Stones products are proudly made in the United States, in our small workshop located in Punta Gorda, Florida.


Are the stones all the same color?

No. Our stones are natural and unpolished, which means each one varies slightly in color, tone, and texture. Most stones are shades of light gray, with occasional natural variations. These differences are normal and part of the handmade nature of the product.


Will my stone look exactly like the photos?

Your engraving will match the personalization you provide, but no two stones are ever identical. Natural variations in shape, surface texture, and stone color are expected and not considered defects.


How do I tell you what I want engraved?

Use the personalization box on the product page to enter exactly what you would like engraved, including text, numbers, icons, font choice (if applicable), and line breaks. All engraving is center-aligned by default unless you request otherwise.


What happens if I make a mistake in my personalization?

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details before placing an order. We are unable to replace or exchange items due to errors provided by the customer, including spelling, wording, or formatting.


Do you offer previews or mockups?

At this time, we do not provide design previews unless specifically stated on the listing. Please be sure to include all engraving details clearly when placing your order.


Do you accept returns?

No. Because all items are custom-made and personalized, returns are not accepted.


What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

If an issue occurs due to an error on our side or during shipping—such as damage, incorrect engraving, or poor visibility—we will gladly repair, replace, or exchange the item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue, getintouch@vanbrerastones.com. Please allow 24 business hours for response. What shipping methods do you use?

We ship using USPS by default. UPS and FedEx shipping is available by request only for custom orders and must be arranged prior to purchase. Additional fees may apply for upgraded services.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary and are listed on each product page, usually between 1-4 days, unless it’s a bulk order. Shipping times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed unless AIR services are selected. Air services available by request: UPS: 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver & Next Day Air. FedEx: 2Day Air, & Overnight. Additional fees may apply for upgraded services.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may only be changed or canceled if production has not yet begun, usually with-in 24 hours. Once engraving starts, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.


Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes. Custom and bulk orders may be available depending on the project. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss details.

Can I use your photos or logo?

No. All logos, images, designs, and product photos are the property of Vanbrera Stones and may not be used, copied, or shared without written permission.
