Once your order has been accepted by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, the package is in the possession and control of the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by VanbreraStones, Punta Gorda Stones or Vanbrera3D.
Carrier delays may occur due to severe weather, hurricanes, storms, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, mechanical issues, staffing, holiday volume, incorrect routing, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We work hard to prepare and ship orders within the processing time shown at the time of purchase.
However, the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package after it has been shipped is outside of our control.

Choosing an expedited shipping service speeds up the carrier’s transit service and does not eliminate the possibility of unexpected carrier or weather-related delays.

Tracking information is provided so you can follow your shipment directly with the carrier.
Tracking updates may occasionally take several hours to appear or may temporarily stop updating while a package is in transit.
