When you contact us, you’re speaking directly with the same two people who design, engrave, and pack every order both here and on Etsy. If there’s an issue, we’ll walk through it with you and take care of it as smoothly as possible.
Support is open Monday to Saturday for 9am to 6pm, we are closed on Sunday.
Allow up to 24 hours for a response. In most cases a response will take about 1 hour.

Every piece we create is proudly made right here in the United States, in our small workshop in Punta Gorda, Florida. Vanbrera Stones is a true small business, run by just two people who believe in slowing down, creating with purpose, and putting real care into what we make. We don’t mass-produce or rush the process — each stone is engraved one at a time with the hope that it brings comfort, joy, or meaning to someone’s life.
