Orders & Custom Products
All products are custom and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect personalization details provided by the customer. Text length, layout, and engraving size may vary based on the stone or item selected.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product availability, or discontinue items at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vanbrera Stones is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or personalization preference. However, if an item arrives damaged, incorrect due to our error, or experiences an issue caused during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Customers must contact us promptly and provide clear photos of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Vanbrera Stones shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
