Replacement Policy

We don’t offer returns or exchanges (let’s be honest — no one wants to pay return shipping on a heavy stone!). But your happiness matters to us.

If your order arrives misspelled, cracked, too light, damaged in shipping, or the engraving isn’t clearly visible, we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis and replace it if needed.
