Vanbrera Stones ships all orders from the United States. We carefully prepare each item for shipment after engraving and production are complete. Because every item is custom made, processing times vary and appear on each product page.
Shipping Methods
We ship most orders using USPS. Customers choose available shipping options and delivery timelines at checkout.
We offer UPS shipping by request only. This option applies to custom orders that we discuss and approve before purchase. UPS shipments may include additional fees.
Processing Time
We engrave each item to order, one at a time. We process orders within the timeframe shown on the product page. During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take longer.
Once production begins, we cannot expedite an order unless we arranged it in advance.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates start after the carrier ships the order. Carriers provide these estimates and do not guarantee them.
We do not control delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information.
Shipping Responsibility
After the carrier accepts a package, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. We provide tracking information when available.
Vanbrera Stones does not cover lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has them. However, we will assist with carrier claims when possible.
Address Accuracy
Customers must enter accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order ships to an incorrect address due to customer error, we may not offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include clear photos that show the issue.
We will review the request and work quickly to resolve the problem.
International Shipping
When we offer international shipping, customers remain responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes. Customs delays fall outside our control.
